What is an llms.txt file?
An llms.txt is a plain-text (Markdown) file placed at the root of your domain, at /llms.txt. It gives AI tools a short, curated index of your most important pages, each with a one-line description, so a model can understand your site without crawling everything. It was proposed by Jeremy Howard of Answer.AI and is a companion to your robots.txt and sitemap.xml, not a replacement.
How this generator works

Sitemap:lines inrobots.txt, then/sitemap.xml, following sitemap-index files. - We read each page's
<title>and meta description. - We assemble a standard llms.txt: a heading and summary from your homepage, then a list of pages.
If no sitemap is found, we fall back to the links on your homepage. Large sites are capped and time-limited, so review the result and trim or reorder it to highlight what matters most.
